As part of the international project German-Ukrainian Network of Universities (DUHN): Academic Cooperation and Teaching Initiative Kiel-Kherson (ACTI-K²), initiated by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), a delegation from Kherson State Agrarian and Economic University (KSAEU) visited Kiel University (CAU).
The KSAEU delegation that attended the meeting included Prof. Dr. Viktoriia Hranovska, Vice-Rector of KSAEU; PhD, Assoc. Prof. Natalia Kyrychenko, Dean of the Faculty of Economics; Dr. Liudmyla Alieshchenko, Head of the Department of Hospitality and Tourism; and Kateryna Sovach, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Public Administration, Law, and Humanities.

During the visit, which took place from October 13 to 16, 2025, the delegation met with Prof. Dr. Stefan Hofmann from the Department of Marketing and Prof. Dr. Claudia Buengeler from the Department of Human Resource Management and Organization to discuss opportunities for future academic collaboration.
The participants also explored state-of-the-art marketing laboratories and innovative research facilities, gaining valuable insight into ongoing projects and advanced methodologies used to analyze consumer behavior and market trends. The visit provided a deeper understanding of how researchers at Kiel University integrate digital analytics, consumer neuroscience, and behavioral experimentation to investigate market dynamics and drive innovation.
The meeting was highly productive and opened new avenues for collaboration between Kiel University and KSAEU within the DUHN network. The partners expressed mutual interest in expanding joint research, academic mobility, and interdisciplinary projects, reinforcing their commitment to innovation and international academic cooperation.
