Support through ACTI-K² and the City of Kiel

Oleksandr Stratichuk and Anastasiia Roshchuk are taking part through the project “Academic Cooperation and Teaching Initiative Kiel-Kherson” (ACTI-K²). Illia Shaienko and Kateryna Osypchuk are undertaking their semester abroad with support from the City of Kiel scholarship programme.

Studying in an international academic community

During their stay, the students can deepen their subject knowledge and experience a different academic environment. Studying alongside peers from Germany and other countries can also help them develop intercultural communication skills and build academic and personal connections.

Supporting German-Ukrainian academic cooperation

These complementary forms of support broaden access to international education for Ukrainian students and strengthen the partnership between CAU and KSAEU.

ACTI-K² forms part of the German-Ukrainian University Network (DUHN). The project is supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), with funding from the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR).

We warmly welcome Oleksandr, Anastasiia, Illia and Kateryna and wish them a rewarding semester in Kiel.
