During her guest visit to Kiel University (CAU), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hanna Zhosan from Kherson State Agrarian and Economic University (KSAEU) and ACTI-K² colleagues met Prof. Dr. Ulrich Orth and his research team.

Exchanging research ideas
The meeting took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. It offered space to share experience, discuss research ideas and explore possible areas of cooperation between the two universities.
Inside the Consumer Lab
A highlight of the visit was a tour of Prof. Dr. Ulrich Orth’s Consumer Lab, where his team carries out a wide range of research studies and experiments. The team introduced its ongoing research, its methods and its approaches to studying consumer behaviour.
The visitors also took part in one of the experiments themselves.
Strengthening German-Ukrainian cooperation
The visit was part of the German-Ukrainian University Network (DUHN) project “Academic Cooperation and Teaching Initiative Kiel-Kherson” (ACTI-K²). The project is supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), with funding from the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR).
Meetings like this can inspire new ideas, open the way to joint research and strengthen academic ties between CAU and KSAEU.
We thank Prof. Dr. Ulrich Orth and his research team for their warm welcome, the stimulating discussions and the hands-on insight into their work.
