As part of the International Student Scientific and Practical Conference “Interdisciplinary Scientific Studies 2025”, a joint team of students from Kherson State Agrarian and Economic University (KSAEU) and Kiel University (CAU) presented a collaborative research paper titled “The Impact of Digital Currencies on the Global Economy.”

The study focused on the rapid expansion of digital currencies, particularly cryptocurrencies, and their influence on financial stability, regulatory policies, the structure of global capital markets, and the investment environment. The authors paid special attention to the transformation of central banks’ roles, the development dynamics of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), and the socio-economic implications of the growing use of decentralized digital assets.
Participation in joint research projects of this level highlights the importance of academic mobility, intercultural dialogue, and the strengthening of partnerships between KSAEU and CAU, contributing to the expansion of academic cooperation.
