As part of the ACTI-K² Summer School 2026, supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and jointly organised by Kherson State Agrarian and Economic University (KSAEU) and Kiel University (CAU), participants were welcomed by Ms. Viktoriia Maryshchuk, a representative of the Kherson Regional State Administration. In her remarks, she highlighted the importance of international educational initiatives and their role in supporting Ukrainian youth and contributing to regional development, even under today’s challenging circumstances.

Partnership and Cooperation
Prof. Dr. Kai Carstensen presented the achievements and objectives of the project and emphasised the successful cooperation between KSAEU and CAU. He highlighted the strong partnership between the institutions, their shared commitment to academic development and the valuable exchange of knowledge and experience.
Strengthening Academic Exchange
The ACTI-K² Summer School 2026 serves as an example of effective collaboration between universities, governmental representatives and international partners. Through joint efforts, the initiative contributes to the advancement of education, supports student development and strengthens Ukrainian–German academic cooperation.
